Although the majority of new orders are able to take advantage of our instant provisioning system, there are a variety of situations that require some new orders to be processed manually. Existing customers please note: In some cases our auto-provisioning system will not process orders that have customer or domain information already associated with an existing account. This is to prevent creating duplicate accounts for single domains or customers.
