请教一个关于Azure的问题！错误：715

我前几天申请了，一个azure非盈利，今天试着登陆nonprofit，我很确定我是用的全球管理员邮箱登入的，但是这里还是提示如下，有没有大佬知道是为什么呀？



Looks like you're not an admin
Your organization is eligible for nonprofit offers from Microsoft, but you have signed in with a Microsoft account that does not appear to be an Microsoft 365 Global Administrator for your organization. Only Global Administrators can access the nonprofit offers. The person that originally completed sign up is by default the Global Administrator.

Please have the Global Administrator for your organization sign in to the Nonprofit Portal to access the nonprofit offers. Alternatively, your Global Administrator can designate you as an additional Global Administrator if you have purchasing authority for your organization. You can have multiple Global Administrators associated with your account. To learn more about administrator roles, visit About Microsoft 365 admin roles.

If you do not know who your Global Administrator is, try asking the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password or contact Microsoft 365 Support for assistance.

If you are the Microsoft 365 Global Administrator for your organization and you believe you have incorrectly reached this error, please contact us for assistance.

然后在我尝试重复登陆很多次后 ，现在错误变成了： We cannot allow you to proceed at this time. Please contact support and reference message code 715-123190

叫我ams就好了

你已经失去了全局管理员权限，全局管理员可访问的全部优惠和资源你都无法访问。你只能求助MS团队了，现在账户或者这个域下的全局管理员是别人不是你

可是确实是我，尝试登陆多次后，现在错误显示：715-123190  ，大佬这是啥原因？
