Payment issue with PayPal
We have been contacted by several customers about a problem paying with Paypal. This is not affecting all clients, and no reason for the issues has been discovered yet.
PayPal is looking into the issue but have no timetable for when it will be fixed.
The problem occurs when you go to pay an invoice from service.burst.net and click on the Paypal Checkout button.
It then takes you to a screen saying it cannot continue with the transaction, and offers to send you back to BurstNET. Following the link provided takes you nowhere.
If you encounter this problem, please use an alternative method of payment until PayPal can find the source and the issue can be resolved.
