In PBA there is no way to reinstall a VPS with a different OS. It requires the VE to be destroyed and recreated, which can only be done by terminating and re-creating a subscription. We have no way of doing this directly from our Providers Panel, so the best way to do this is to log into your control panel and terminate the subscription, and then add a new subscription. When we receive the Termination Request for the original service we will finalize scheduling it and will add an account credit for the unused portion of your billing period. This may take up to 24 Sales hours (M-F 9am-7pm GMT -5)
