Paypal 的争议退款,我写的中文,不知能行不.
你自定的协议可以用来做欺诈的理由吗?比如我要买的是飞机,可你却卖给我纸飞机,你说我之前看了协议,现已经交货,就不给我退款吗?这明显是欺诈,你说你的VPS如何如何好,可结果卖给我的却比我的手机还慢,这不是欺诈吗?96mhz,你好意思吗?这就是赤裸裸的诈骗,从今天他的VPS一给我开通,我就要求退款,可是他们就拒绝退款,我一肚子怒气,无法使用英文来描述,所以用中文回答,请懂中文的PAYPAL客服为我申冤,我遇到了外国流氓!谢谢!

This is a service, not a physical product. Buyer signed up and agreed to terms of service as posted at http://www.solarvps.com/aup_tos.php which clearly state that there are no refunds on VPS services.
