请帮忙看一下英文，photon的客服具体要些什么数据？

please provide us the following details
1. Traceroutes.
2. Source IP ( www.whatismyip.com ) doesn't matter if dynamic
3. time stamp
4. Reverse trace using their own VPS trace to them selves

We have the ability to use providers that are good latency it appears there may be
issues in transit. Therefore we need this informaiton we have access to PCCW,
Cogent, Savvis, Global Crossing, Level3 each are good for certain regions and we can
re-route traffic if we need to.

2.  Traceroute 你的 VPS IP.
3. 請告知我們是甚麼時候發生這個問題 ( 如上午5:00GMT - 10;00)
4.  Traceroute 會從你的VPS IP到你的IP.
