“Regarding the server level DDOS protection, I do not believe that service is available in LA. At this time, please note that your ticket is being reassigned to the Customer Service department for confirmation. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Time, and addresses tickets in the order in which they are received. You will receive another reply as soon as possible.
