我有个512M的VPS没有要了。就没有续费了。我又新购买了1G内存的VPS，可是等了好久都没有收到新VPS开通的邮件提醒。后来在帐号里面看到了一封 Account Payment Issue 的邮件。
请问怎么取消不要的VPS？这样的问题怎么处理？
