In that link you will find plenty posts where we explained what happened and we even offered you a discount for the misunderstanding. That commision was declined by TMD because they detected existing customer and the offer doesn't apply for existing customers. No commission = no license.
Basically, you shouldn't have got any license at all at the first place. Soon as your commision status changed the license got revoked, end of the story.
After this incident, we did very visible the conditions and terms of the offer. These are visible in the footer, in the offer page itself and every time someone clicks the offer link to the website display a modal message with a summary of the offer terms. We also added a verification process to avoid granting licenses when orders do not qualify. Please note that the terms have not changed since you made that purchase, we didn't changed the terms at all, you just didn't read.
You didn't qualify and you just want us to take responsibility for the acts of an employee which belongs to another company that is totally outside of our control. You can use several examples to make your point and you can repeat yourself all the times you want. The fact is that you didn't qualify and you were able to request money back (no idea if you used that or not).
We did offer 50% discount for the trouble, up to you if you take it or not. |
